This cabochon of Porcelain Jasper has nice patterns. Porcelain Jasper aka Sci Fi Jasper is a brecciated jasper found high in the Sierra Madre Mountains of Sonora, Mexico, about a hundred miles North East of Hermosillo Mexico. It was found years ago on a gold claim. Its exotic patterns and formations usually consist of purples, creams, and reds. It also has an amazingly soft, silky finish and is one of our favorites.
