​How Do I Place An Order?
We aim to make shopping on our website easy for our customers. Visit the "shop" section, click on an item that you would like to purchase, add it to your shopping cart. You are then able to continue shopping or go to the checkout screen.

If you don't see the perfect pendant, bracelet or ring, let us know. We will do our best custom make the piece you are looking for. We use 14K gold fill wire, sterling silver, argentium silver or copper wire for our jewelry.
Payment and Shipping
We offer several different payment methods for your convenience. Your payment information is kept secure by the processing center, we do not have access to your credit card number.
Select the type of payment method you prefer for your purchase and process your order by completing the information needed.

We will ship your order within 48 hours of purchase. With the exception of a holiday interfering with postal service.

Shipping continued
All jewelry will be gift boxed for you, wrapped in bubble wrap then placed inside a padded envelope, or if you prefer, we can upgrade shipping to a flat rate box.
All cabochons are individually placed in a small zip lock bag with the name of the material, size and our name. Each cabochon will be wrapped in bubble wrap then shipped in a padded envelope, or if you prefer, we can upgrade to a flat rate box.

Returns & Refunds
We stand behind our products. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within 7 to 14 days of our receipt of your returned merchandize. (It take can your bank 3 to 10 days to process our refund request).
If you need to return an item, simply email us to let us know that you are returning your order. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
