Many beautiful specimens of malachite contain special combinations with other minerals, such as azurite, cuprite, or chrysocolla. Malachite is a green copper carbonate. Malachite can be found in Arizona and New Mexico, Zaire, USSR, Germany, France, Chile and Australia.
